About Bristol Professional Park

The concept of Bristol Professional Park was conceived in 1979 by a group of health professionals desiring to provide first class office facilities for their patients. Offices were designed for General Surgery, Radiology, Podiatry, Oral Surgery, General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Urology, Optometry, Ear Nose and Throat, General Medicine and Pediatric Medicine.

The building was completed in 1981 and has proven to be a center for rendering excellent care to the people of the community. In 1985 a state of the art accredited surgery center, Bristol Surgery Center, was added along with suites for physical therapy, pain management and orthodontics.

Health care providers throughout the area are afforded the opportunity to treat their patients in this facility. Over the past several years, changes in occupancy have occurred. BRMC Administrative offices and the Anesthesiologists Business Offices are two examples of new occupants.

Maintenance, housekeeping and security are available. Entering on either level, a large, pleasant foyer greets the guests with natural light coming through the skylight providing a comfortable atmosphere. The square footage of the Bristol Professional Park totals over 62,000 square feet. The sizes of the 15 suites range from 1207 to 5287 square feet. The four suites now available may be modified for new professional tenants with more than enough square feet for solo or multiple practices, Attorneys, CPA’s, Etc.

Purchase, lease, and rent agreements with possibilities of remodeling and renovations to fit clients’ needs may be made with the owners of these available suites.
